The employees were all great. As a culture, everyone got along and had fun at company events.

Leadership of the organization is very unorganized. The founders left a few years back after an acquisition and since then, it’s been a big mess. They promoted local managers from within that weren’t equipped for the roles. Micromanaging, Office politics, communication breakdowns, complete lack of individual autonomy, feast/famine workflow all stemming from a lack of leadership skills in the recently promoted managers running the local office. It was an atmosphere of Struggling to meet the same monthly deadlines because of the same monthly roadblocks without any vision or professional growth.
