The ground level people you work alongside are amazing, hard working and helpful people. There are parties and "bread and circuses" to make up for other shortcomings.

Svantaggi

Incredibly toxic upper and middle management culture. Used to be amazing but has gone to garbage since COVID. Minimal raises, underpaid positions, no real room for advancement and unclear objectives and KPIs. Outright lies during update meetings about company health and performance, claiming all is well but constantly shuffling around people, letting people go for mysterious reasons and listing ghost positions they aren't actually hiring.

It's a really amazing group of people. It's a small but mighty company, and so rewarding to see the results of your efforts. The leadership team values transparency (they listen to and act upon feedback) and comradery. It's a group that works hard and plays hard. It's a great place to work if you're looking for growth.

Hours are good until they inevitably downsize the company again (very tumultuous)

Oh so many! Management or whatever they call what they're doing is horrible, you can be fired at a moments notice, especially too if they lose a vendor, so absolutely no job stability, you are never safe. Because of the lack of management, employees behave poorly and the work environment is hostile. Also, very little diversity here, if you ask about taking Juneteenth off or celebrating it they will laugh at you.
