Thanks for the review. We always appreciate constructive feedback in our reviews, however, this isn’t reading as constructive. I’d like to clarify your thoughts.
* The $500 is a retention bonus when you stay for 6 months (and each subsequent 6 months). You earn an incentive bonus if you exceed expectations. We have a good benefits package of PTO, 401k matching, medical and dental, etc.
* Our onboarding and training has been reported as one of the best training and onboarding by our team. You get IT support from day one - huge when you're at home. The training is thorough and supportive. We don't teach you nursing, but our combination of nursing and technology can take some time to get comfortable with. Whether it's 2 weeks or 10 weeks, we want you to be successful here, and make the investment in training. The quality team is promoted from within (best of our best) and includes both RNs and LPNs, illustrating the upward mobility at Signallamp.
* I'll take unorthodox! We're not a call center. That's intentional. No patient wants to talk to a call center. Ever. At Signallamp, you work with the same patients every month and build real, long-term relationships. The job isn't hands-on like at the hospital, but you'll get to know your patients in a new way. Supporting patients over time and seeing the small successes is gratifying. Ask our nurses.
*Patient care is our number one priority. Full-stop. We provide our nurses the training and resources to provide top tier care for our patients each and every day.
