- With the fast paced nature and growth of the company, some people might struggle to keep up with the changes and company wide updates, if they don’t have the right startup mindset. - If you’re not a great communicator it might be an uphill battle - syncing with people in Israel and working unusual hours to meet deadlines can be temporarily annoying, but navigating around it isn’t impossible. - Although they hold town halls and team meetings, company announcements are sometimes inconsistent. It pays to talk to people to know if there is a new initiative in motion.

The biggest elephant in the room have always been - this company doesn't have a product!!! They keep on pivoting and on the way firing more and more people. Lately top management has decided to leave as well and that's really not a good sign.
