Flexible work hours and ample time off. This is a company that has done its best to drive financial performance and keep its workforce through COVID and now the latest geopolitical headwinds. I really like the people I work with, and what we're able to produce.

Like any job there can periods of high stress and pressure. But it does feel like management is trying in earnest to steer the ship in a way that works out best for employees.

The flexibility and my former teammates made the job enjoyable for me when it was otherwise deeply stressful.

I have never experienced so many reorganizations or layoffs in my life. The constant changes also felt deceptive to our clients. The workload eventually became unmanageable because of these changes.
