Like any job there can periods of high stress and pressure. But it does feel like management is trying in earnest to steer the ship in a way that works out best for employees.

Over the last few years, the company has been removing senior US based employees. Exits are poorly done and leave little opportunity to transfer knowledge from Subject Matter Experts on the way out. Additionally, their tech stack is aging and showing it.
