Flexible work hours and ample time off. This is a company that has done its best to drive financial performance and keep its workforce through COVID and now the latest geopolitical headwinds. I really like the people I work with, and what we're able to produce.

Like any job there can periods of high stress and pressure. But it does feel like management is trying in earnest to steer the ship in a way that works out best for employees.

Work from home can be nice

No professional development opportunities - C-Suite is incredibly out of touch and it would serve the company well if they reevaluated their priorities and made the generous call of stepping away from the company and people they do not care about. If you are in a higher paying country, you are in danger.
