New staff members are provided in depth training before beginning to work with a client. Signature staff meet monthly in-person for training and weekly for video conference check-ins. The agency was created and is run by a BCBA, which MANY ABA agencies are not. Staff are supported with client supervision weekly. Caseload teams are used to prevent staff burnout. Staff are encouraged to give constructive feedback to better the agency as a whole. Denisha (owner) is considerate of cultural differences, schedule needs, and values each staff member's strengths and deficits.

In-home ABA therapy can feel isolating (regardless of the agency you are with), but Denisha and other upper level staff are always available for assistance by phone and email.
