      Small company, no room to grow, poor salary, bonus is 1 weeks pay non taxed (get at christmas "party"), poor medical benefits for a single person with a poor salary, favoritism, manager is partial to people of her own nationality and belittles you, manager has it out for you the whole time you're employed.

      -Very vey disorganized -Management tells u one thing and then does another -Bad scheduling, you can think you’re working somewhere in the morning and once you wake up they change schedule online and no one bothers to call you -Nepotism is strong -Favoritism is quite strong here and if you rub one of the favorites the wrong way at all they will bad mouth you all around the company - Management doesn’t listen to feedback -Alot of Gossiping and overall hating, we are all in the union we are all in the same team. - good luck getting a raise if you’re not a kiss a**
