I experienced the most career success of my life working with Signature Resources. The managers are kind, brilliant and family oriented. The management is curtious and efficient. The colleagues I worked with are equally kind and talented, overall great experience. Tremendous training opportunities as well. Fun and generous Hollday parties hosted by the General Agents.

Consistent agent presence in the office would be helpful.

Management listens and values the opinions and input of those who put in the work and are committed. They are forward thinking, and although change is sometime slow to occur they are honest about progress and where things are heading. If you show up they will show up for you without fail and demonstrate an unwavering commitment to those who are willing to put in the effort. This business is not easy, but I have received resources that significantly improved my ability to function as my role as an advisor

They don't trim the fat quickly enough If you are not willing to work you will go unseen They could be better at placing an emphasis on practice development and coaching young advisors on how to build a practice vs just making money
