      I didn't receive a raise Not much opportunity to move up from within Scheduling is heavily scrutinized and despite being advertised as "make your own hours" is not nearly as flexible as you might think. Once you schedule a job you're expected to stick to that no matter what even if the deadline for the job is the end of the month and you consistently complete all your assignments without issue.
