      Vantaggi

      Financially stable; constantly growing. Management promoted from within (i.e., room for growth). Positive, can-do environment. Not level-conscious -- upper management is accessible to all employees. Good camaraderie (everyone gets along well). Plus ... the fun of being associated with high-profile events (Olympics, Super Bowl, Oscars, etc.).

      Svantaggi

      Won't be a good fit for anyone used to very rigid corporate structures, narrowly-defined jobs, and complex bureaucracies.

      The culture is unique and inspiring. Everybody works hard to get the job done. Small company were an individual can pitch an idea and get heard. Great benefits package. 2-3 weeks of PTO a year 401K match is generous.

      Previous management has stagnated employees morale and company growth.I gave the low rating to the past CEO, Seth Gordon. He let morale stagnate significantly. The new CEO is great. Those effects are still felt through the company but the new management is aware of the morale issue. Attempts have been made to fix the issue. The hard work to meet customer’s demands does burnout employees. The company still struggles with internal communications and processes. Small company, little room for career growth but you can do multiple roles but not get compensated.
