A down-to-earth and motivating place to work at! - Recensione dipendente - Human Resources Administration presso Signature (TX)

Everyone that works there was always so motivating. I had joined Signature Inc right after I graduated from college and was very nervous about my first day but once I arrived I had no issues. If I ever had any questions there was always someone ready to help me out. An extra bonus as well was that our boss always gave us bonuses and trip insentatives.

I sadly had to leave the company because my husband and I moved to be closer to my family for family reasons. I don't have any cons about this company. I would say that if you are not a people person then this company is most likely not a fit for you.

I would like to first off thank you so much for being such an awesome team! I have never worked for a company that cares about the employees like they do here. I love the bonuses you give us, the trips to Puerto Rico, the team nights and lets not forget the experience and knowledge I have gained so far. (Plus the boss gets us manicures and pedicures if we hit our goals!)

It is a very very busy 40 hour work week that we work! If someone is not up to the challenge to multitask this might not be the right job for you. We are work hard play hard type of group here.
