1. If you are a new joinee the will never teach you anything and expect you to do everything on your own and if you dont they will fire you, when it is your first time joining a company you come to learn and not to do labour.. 2. This is the only company where you know more than the managers and they dont have any idea about amy project but they just sit there to boost their ego I have never seen any of them actually work and contribute, but when there is a pizza party they are the first one to get them some 3. Forget work life balance if they wanted they would have sleeping cushion in the office so that nobody would go home 4. They are very manipulative and toxic 5. The office politics is next level they plan and plot strategies to pressurise you to such an extent that you can resign multiple people have done it so far 6. They dont care if you go home at 2 am, they would take calls from home but would want you to stay 7. Very unprofessional environment, they curse in the office like its their mom’s place 8. There are a few people who get the salary of 3 people but still only know excel tips and tricks but those cant be used in microsoft 365 so jokes on you, (if you have some budget kindly hire better people) 9. There are a few managers that only know how to gossip and they pressurise their juniors to such an extent that they feel like quitting but managers themselves will never lift a finger to work 10. They dont care if you are dying from cancer they want you to work no matter what. IM PRETTY SURE THEY WOULD CALL THIS A FAKE REVIEW BUT THATS WHAT TOXIC COMPANIES DO SO IDC, I WANTED PEOPLE TO KNOW.
