Thank you for your feedback. Your candid post is something that we want to address. It is alarming to us that a former employee felt they did have any room for growth in Significance. We take all feedback seriously and are committed to continuously improving our workplace environment. At Significance, we value our employees and they are important to us. We strive to help our employees be successful and grow. Last year we rolled out a formal Performance Review Cycle and Career Paths. Our employees meet with their manager twice a year to go over their goals and performance. During the last performance review cycle we promoted employees. When we have an open position, we have a procedure to review our current employees and their goals to see if they are a fit for the position. It may seem that our director-to-employee ratio is off but as we grow we are strategically hiring candidates with a previous proven track record of success to help Significance achieve our corporate goals which in turn will provide our employees more growth opportunities. We have an open-door policy and employees are encouraged to have open discussions with their manager, Director, or Human Resources.
