- Dealers are very old and holds huge turn over hence they give low respect and importance to sales people.
-Saturday is off on papers but practically sales people (Even Area Managers) works on Saturday.
- Target may be unacheivable. So can hamper incentives.

Silo-strategy, with departments and sectors setup as segregated, causes reactionary decision making rather than smart proactive progression in improvement initiative buy-in. Inter-departmental LEAN thinking can be challenging.
