1- lack of advancement opportunities
2- lack of tools
3- lack of processes
4- team vs team hostile mentality
5- unachievable KPIs
6- multiple hr complaints from multiple people and nothing is done
7- upper management has all been with the company for 15+ years - the negative culture and lack of new ideas caused by that is holding the company back
