Majority of the management are not people friendly. They are not people's managers. It's company policies first before everything else. The internal politics is horrendous. Don't expect any empathy. And majority does not walk the talk. It's management talk all the way, but not solid action and no results as well. Communications are all TOP to Bottom, employee words are NOT heard. Few repeating issues highlighted but no solutions, all sweep under the carpet. Young managers are not a good listeners, when employee is having issue with their task, no helping hand given.
