High pressure to achieve numbers without proper support from management, Have to solve all the issues by self through online portal, no training for people joining from other sectors , no work life balance

Silo-strategy, with departments and sectors setup as segregated, causes reactionary decision making rather than smart proactive progression in improvement initiative buy-in. Inter-departmental LEAN thinking can be challenging.
