Owner is moody, plays favorites, unclear and poor communication skills, and contradicts herself in every other sentence,. Not given the proper tools to do your job.

$50 holiday bonus after working tail off for a company making hand over fist money. This company drives employees to work harder and harder and harder. More more more, but doesn’t pay a single cent more.
