Sometimes late salaries but not much of an issue

Umm my mind is not reminding me of any pros of this company.

Pathetic management. Under paid employees. Pathetic environment. Your worth becomes zero when you work in this pathetic environment. There HR is only interested in salary deductions and nothing else. If you get 5 mins late due to any reason there is salary deduction. They just need a single reason to deduct the salary. They treat there employees like some useless puppets. Work load is unbearable. And no benefit at all. I will suggest not to join this organization ever.
