Hi there, “Amazing group of people” reviewer. Can we just say, you are amazing? We appreciate you taking the time to submit this review and giving others more insight into the incredible team we have been building. You hit the nail on the head as you described minor growing pains. We have hired a lot of “amazing” people in a short amount of time. We have learned how important it is to invest in training and development. We have focused on employee enablement and scaling our processes. It is still a work in progress, but we are getting there! Your suggestions for rewarding hard work and providing accommodations for flexibility have also been addressed by our leadership. We are excited to share these are all components of our rewards and appreciation strategy. Each manager has the freedom to decide what is an appropriate “reward” for their employees’ hard work!
