- Silo mentality; be prepared to be expected to work against other functions to establish blame rather than working collaboratively to fix problems
- Despite the UK business comprising of various acquisitions over the years, the company is awful at doing acquisitions well. Sites still acting as if they’re still former the businesses. No alignment.

- Micromanagement by senior leadership
