From what I have observed, they are very knowledgeable in their respective fields and are well respected and liked by their peers and the employees. Their products are universally considered to be of the highest quality in the industry and they are currently very innovation focused. The company has been owned by the same family for over 70 years, which is corporate stability rarely seen these days.
