good place to work and learn

too fast paced to work

Good collegues and company strycture. Everyone can talk to everyone and dumb questions are encouraged. Continous improvements and fast changes. The company os going well and hiring lots of people on continous basis. Mostly positive attitude around the office.

Lots of responsibilty that doesnt always match the pay for the intermediate level engineers. The constant changes means loads of work is added all the time. Working from home depends on the group, but can be unwelcomed because you are expected to be available to work in the clean room to solve process issues as thwy come up.
