Upper management has no direction or goals No communication between teams No one is willing to put in effort to improve processes Strict clock-in, clock-out rules, despite having no impact on productivity. When contract is up, they will make no effort to tell you in advance if they will resign the contract. Will keep you on hold as long as possible and then just let you go. Rude and disorganised. Company is struggling, and so adding more rules and processes to improve productivity despite having a fundamental failing business model and no sense of brand identity.
