During the merger with Abri, things became increasingly difficult, with a noticeable shift towards micromanagement and a growing sense of toxicity within the workplace. This led to heavier workloads and a decline in overall morale. At times, it felt like there was a 'big boys club' mentality, and I personally experienced a sense of being undervalued.
