Fantastic staff, stocked kitchen, and very low stress if you're in the right position. Benefits include dental. The company is experiencing rapid growth, and it is extremely rewarding to see the company and stylists (salespeople) succeed. Ample opportunity for overtime if you want it, both evenings and weekends, every week. The small number of staff means you get a great look at how the business runs and are exposed to many aspects of it, which is an amazing learning experience.

Depending on your level of responsibility, it can be overwhelmingly stressful and often feels as if you are sprinting in the same place, spinning your tires. Huge growth means huge workload and playing catch-up constantly. There is little management support or training, so you have to figure out a lot as you go. Definitely a challenge. Pay could be better.
