Vantaggi

The commissions for getting sales are really good. It's a small company so you can get to know all your coworkers well, and the CEO takes an active role in your development in the position. If you're good at sales, and don't mind going door to door, this is a good job.

Svantaggi

The hours are very long, and sometime the leads are in sketchy neighborhoods. Be prepared to stay on your feet walking for 8+ hours a day, 6 days a week. The atmosphere in the "office" (a run down suite above a burger place) is somewhat cult-like. As stated in the pros, the commissions are good but there are no benefits, at least not that I was made aware of.

Was able to learn a lot of great business and sales skills that I continue to use everyday. The team was always super supportive and was always willing to provide assistance whenever I needed it.

Svantaggi

Definitely was pushed out of my comfort zone, which really helped me grow.
