Really bad treatment from the office Last minute changes with no update Unkept commitments Unprofessional crew members Low standards of work No actual training or vetting of competence and capabilities Personal Protection and Safety items must be purchased and no ear or eye protection equipment available at all. Inconsistent hours and unreliable level of work Demanding full exclusivity on a zero hour contract with very little work offered. Expected to work really unsocial hours and unreasonable durations Main Co-ordinator in the office is rude, illeterate and a narcissist.
