- unlimited PTO with no help so basically take time off only to come back to an overloaded email and tasks
- management is non existent, asked for help and was told no help need to make it work
- I was expected to train a person who had no prior experience
- the transition they are trying to accomplish wasn't thought out per CEO, "we all realize that after the layoffs that 50% of the company has only been here one year"
- asking for training on tasks was the most unenjoyable. Yes they had some people who were willing and able but others it was if I was pulling teeth
- I was expected after being trained once on tasks to complete with no problem, my manager wouldn't help
- no 1:1s
- no structure with the team. They let go people who were valuable to the team and when they left things went to crap.
- no support to team members just all talk
