No staff bonus Micromanagement, Top down approach. Staff voices are not heard/considered. Overwork and treat employees disrespectfully with intimidation and fear. Constant long hours, work overloading and tight/last min deadlines. Definitely no work life balance and expected to respond or work round the clock.
