I have worked at many places before and never have I felt the team comradery. Everyone is really smart and fun to work with. In addition, I feel completely supported by upper management. When a position opened up that I wasn't sure I was ready for, they promoted me vs. looking for someone from the outside. I accepted the challenge and am flourishing in the role and feel I am making an impact on my client's business.

Silverlight Digital is not one of the large holding company agencies so if you expect the large agency vibe, this place is not for you. If you want a team that cares about you and lets you grow with the company, this is where you want to be.

1. Small/entrepreneurial team. Everyone is a unique character and makes work entertaining! The team is very nice and has a lot of patience when teaching you new things. All employees are intelligent and communication runs smoothly. 2. You are always encouraged to grow. Every Friday, we have "Make Me Smarter" meetings to share recent information about the pharma and marketing industry. 3. Lots of free food haha (my favorite!!) 4. Awesome office placement. Right in Koreatown. A lot of good food and right outside of Penn Station and 33rd Path. 5. If you want to learn skills in another area (like you want to learn some SEO but you work in Media), they will teach you! The business is only growing and I can't wait to see what good it does!
