- The customer success team has made a lot of changes in the last year that have been for the positive. There is better structure and training that is given for the account management team. - Fun people and team to work with - Collaborative team, able to ask questions and get help - I have opportunity to give my input and can communicate with my manager - have been proactively working to interview and hire new positions on the team. We are asked to involved in the interview process in order to identify the right fit for our team. - People are really smart and motivated

- Parking at the location can be challenging due to popular Sawtelle street - At the same time, as a startup there are a lack of resources but at least I appreciate that my manager acknowledges this is a gap. - More product and engineering team is needed to achieve company goals.
