At the time of this writing (Nov 2010) - most employees were also under a "temporary" salary reduction Top leadership is stubborn and does little to enable team members to contribute ideas. A dictatorship. Very limited opportunities for growth or advancement. Like what you do because it's probably ALL that you'll do there.
