Highly intelligent co-workers and challenging work. Project work is always busy. Many internal training opportunities but finding time to work on them can be a stretch.

Likely a lower salary and not as attractive benefits as other financial technology companies. Increased level of outsourcing means hiring in HCOL areas not as common.

The company offers excellent benefits, and compensation is generally slightly above market. Management is very flexible when it comes to working hours, which supports a healthy work–life balance. The people are smart, collaborative, and great to work with.

There have been many internal changes with limited direction and a lack of clear long-term vision. The North America management team can be challenging to work with at times, with a more controlling approach, including a push to return to the office through badge tracking.
