Initial days are excellent as the management and the director is supportive and speaks nicely and gives a lot of promises, commitments but at the end of the month you will hear salary can be delayed for few days. Yes they will consider as part of the organisation therefore you will be a part of this forever without any salary. Initially one month, then two, three it will go on like this obviously now you can not leave because dues are high. They are very supportive will always conduct different activity, employee engagement low work pressure also will request you to forgive as they are unable to process the salary. An organisation is providing you an air conditioned work place in sector 5 with low work pressure and nice treatment why even some one ask for salary or release letter. It is your problem now after 4-5 months without salary if you decides to leave please do not expect any payment of dues and letters..

If you want to spoil you career and do not need any salary only looking for work and nice treatment you must join here. You do not need to worry much about the delivery because any way the client will terminate or run away because of the poor quality and mismanagement.

Very Polite behavior of Management on initial days (actually this is nothing but a musk of those fake peoples) Work Pressure is very reasonable on starting phases ( this is just to create the platform to cheat the employees) Quite good leave policy and very flexible and employee friendly structure of the company (This is a unique method to make employees full at the end of the month)

You will be cheated by the very polite and employee friendly "420" CEO end of the month.He will ask you to continue your job with out salary after 30 days effort of yours. He will say very gentle that he will pay very soon. After completion of 90 days of your job when u r just almost finished financially by spending all the cost from your reserved balance he will still say "I know I am not being able to pay you for last three months but please co-operate with me. This is my best team I have ever got. You are continuing your job with out salary for a long time , so my responsibility has been increased to you". After 120 days his dialogue will be same as well. Now any how you have to search some thing else for survival. Then obviously you will resign and then that cheater will just steal your all pending payments.

Very attractive and cordial behavior on the part of the management. very good work atmosphere. At the end of the month you will be politely asked to wait for a few more days for the salary because of some problems on the part of the company in processing the salary bill. But the employee will be made to fill that he/she is an integral part of the company and through this little sacrifice on the part of the salary, actually he/she is doing a great favour to the company.

Through sweet words the company will extract your vital energy as the work pressure is very high. Higher managements mask of a perfect atmosphere can not hoodwink the employees for more that three months. If some problem occurs they deliver it to the employee. No hope of salary is there. No future prospect is there for the employees for climbing through the corporate ladder.
