- Some nice people in the office - Fairly easy work

- No real opportunity for learning. Must bill hours. - Uninteresting tech (MS Access - gross) - Low salary - The negatives other people bring up are all true. There is a toxic person, and that won't change because they own the company. If you can avoid working directly under them you can gain experience and use this job as a stepping stone. But you should be looking for new jobs the whole time. If you stay too long you might end up getting belittled.

You get free lunch for your birthday. Flexible start and end times. The work is mind numbing, very easy. No real challenges, if that's something you like.

The work environment is bad. There is a very condescending and belittling attitude floating around from the boss. It's not healthy, nor does it make anyone want to work harder. I worked there for far too long, very happy I left when I did.
