For those that get into the "upper market" which is just the original Simione/Blacktree merger, the salaries are good, workload is comfortable, and they are very careful about hurting anyone's feelings or pointing out work done incorrectly. That's because most of the leadership roles here are family members of the CEO's of those respective companies.

For those that get in to work for the "lower market" just don't take the job. The management is absolutely abhorrent and they will underpay you. They will also not honor the unlimited PTO for management in this section. This sections has mostly overseas staff so all US staff is seen as overpaid and they prefer to pay less to replace you with multiple overseas workers.
