Where to start .. the management is awful ..micro managers to the letter they have team leaders and shop floor managers who do neither job because they are overuled on every decision they wish to implement.. in the winter it is cold in the summer you bake alive ...the pay for the work you do is very poor ...no bonus at Christmas....the excuse they use every time is they have done it that way for 40 years and it shows ...to me it felt like being back at school ...backstabbing and full of snitches ...toxic work environment...if your face don't fit forget it you'll be out the door like me ....office staff who think they are at liberty to to tell certain cells there job !! ..unbelievable what i witnessed ...no investment ...paperwork for the sake of paperwork if the HSE got in there they would have a field day ...it was one of the most backwards working environments ive been in. .....staff turnover is epic I wonder why ? ...they don't invest at all in the workforce ...its simply a revolving door ...
