I worked there approx 3 year and I felt that management was very bad. Now I have heard that They hired a IT head... what a joke and IT Head does not know about IT. Can anyone ask to him what is IT? I think he don’t know the full form of IT. Management is very poor. No policy nothing. It’s a time pass company. You can join for Time pass. VPs take good salary but don’t have plan for company. I would like to suggest to anyone don’t join SIMPA. It’s a sinking ship. Not a single person have etiquette how to talk with employee. Rubbish company..

Micro managed company by CEO Always struggle and begged for the funds The culture absolutely isn't good or supportive to ones growth loads of politics Policies are absolutely not employee friendly CEO only listen what he wants to Lot many times CEO is even found proudly asking employee to leave the company (if they raise their voice for the proper appraisals), since he believes that everyone working are not worth to be compensated except to him, since he is pretty satisfied getting his 8 digits salary every year HR department is way too complexed, ones who doesn't know the HR are leading the HR,and so is a case with IT / Account

Time flexibility and created a good platform in early days.

1 Poor management. Most of the VP's doesn't have any single idea about work and not supportive to their team. 2. Dictatorship of top person who's doesn't have any single idea how to manage operations in such type of company and ask to do worthless task with no vision. 3. No cross departmental visibility and support. 4. It's a huge process which simpa owned but poor fellows no one understands the most of the scenarios. 5. Alot behavior issue and no one is there to take action against them even promote them.
