Really have to be good at work/life balance.

No one is expected to give up evening hour "family time" for needless project delays. == no boundary between sales and marketing == all employees/stakeholders have equal value and input == we not only learn from each other but from our bosses (never happened to me before!) == we craft solutions and methodologies, not software and technology -agnostic. That means we can always find the best solution for the customer, not just companies we have alliances with == We all learn and grow professionally on a daily and weekly basis == Amazing founders and top management; best I've ever worked with == Almost NO email, due to our nimble and efficient use of SLACK and other tools == We easily collaborate on all content creation with GSuite. Love it!
