Requirement keep changing every now and then. Work life balance is Zero, need to work overtime and weekends still no additional benefits. Worst HR policies. No Hike and bonus. There is no fund in the organization for procuring mechanical tools and equipment, but CEO will buy multiple luxuries car and motorbike. No work from home even in emergency. Work from office or take leave. Travel policy is worst. Need to pay from pocket and reimbursement will take months' time and need to follow up multiple times. HR policy keep changing every month. Hiring doesn't happen at all. HR team can't close any position properly. only if people give recommendation people may join.
