The team is very supportive and everyone gets along great. Management listens to employees and is receptive to feedback.

Older reviews have noted that they feel stifled and that there is a culture of micromanagement and a narrow vision for the company. After more than a year with SimplePart, I’ve not had that experience at all. I’ve come to understand that things have improved greatly and I’ve enjoyed my tenure here whole-heartedly. No workplace is perfect, and there are still things to be improved upon, but at the end of the day, this is a great place to be.
