Lots to do but also lots to help make better.

Nothing that I can think of after many years.

The leadership team is a disaster from the President down. They are a close circle of friends so new folks are not treated fairly and it is impossible to break into the secret circle of trust. There are positions that were made up for their friends that literally do nothing. All the hard work is done by lower level folks and none of them are ever recognized.
