      they did mass layoffs of employees who had recently asked for disability accommodations and put us in a SLACK channel to tell us about being let go. management does not care about you pay never changes burn out is real little to no help from leadership

We regret that your experience did not reflect these values. Recently, we made some changes within one of our groups to strengthen how we deliver impact for our customers. These changes created new roles, opened opportunities for internal mobility, and in a limited number of cases, resulted in role eliminations.       - Pay is decent - Nice FTO, company holidays, and summer Fridays - Some truly great people until you get into higher leadership

      SimplePractice has gone from a wonderful workplace to an absolutely miserable, toxic environment. People get put on PIPs and fired for minor infractions that could easily be fixed. People who manage to avoid being PIPed are only there until they can find another role. Even new hires leave pretty quickly when given the opportunity. Leadership is under qualified and out of touch with their reports. More focused on replacing than on coaching. Overall SP is a mental health company that is hellbent on destroying the mental health of its employees.
