We believe the greatest teams prioritize rest and recovery, which is why we have a robust time off program including FTO, Wellness Days, Summer R&R, and Year-end R&R. It’s true. We are putting in a lot of time and effort to learn how AI can support our teammates in the work we do. AI is the next technological revolution, and we want to be leaders in ethical usage to help our teammates grow in their careers and help our customers run their mental healthcare practices. We are genuinely committed to listening to feedback, but we’re sorry to hear you didn’t experience that. We review feedback on and ongoing basis to identify trends and common themes. This allows us to make informed decisions that we believe are in the best interest of the team, our customers, and the long-term health of the business. - Pay is decent - Nice FTO, company holidays, and summer Fridays - Some truly great people until you get into higher leadership

SimplePractice has gone from a wonderful workplace to an absolutely miserable, toxic environment. People get put on PIPs and fired for minor infractions that could easily be fixed. People who manage to avoid being PIPed are only there until they can find another role. Even new hires leave pretty quickly when given the opportunity. Leadership is under qualified and out of touch with their reports. More focused on replacing than on coaching. Overall SP is a mental health company that is hellbent on destroying the mental health of its employees.
