      - Fantastic Chief of Staff with excellent communication skills, - Good work ethics of employees, - Solid engineering team, - Great balance between work and off-work activities, - It's difficult to marry a fully remote team with love and engagement towards the company and I think Simplero is on the right track to achieve that goal, - Support for assertive thinking with the ability to present own opinions.

      - Sometimes lack of ability to convey messages by CEO to others. It may be taken as hostile. It's just honest and straightforward but rough at the edges. - Lack of proper planning and management which is being fixed tremendously since I joined the team.
