The worst working environment I have experienced so far. No health insurance. The regular working hours per day are 10 hours. There is no overtime pay no matter how many extra hours you work. There are no annual vacations. Half a day salary cut for being late 10 minutes but to receive your salary, you are going to wait for like 10 days after the regular payment day. You may get to do office management work like dumbing your garbage basket. You do not get to think, just follow the manager's lead. You might find yourself have to deliver a task you do not know anything about it and you have never heard of it. You are going to use your own tools and laptop. There is no hierarchy of the management. Get your money before you deliver any kind of work, or you will probably lose it if you plan to leave the company or the manager decided he is no longer interested in you.
