I’ve found the environment to be highly collaborative, with colleagues who genuinely care about both the quality of my work and my overall well‑being. It’s a place where learning is encouraged, support is consistent, and people show up for one another in meaningful ways.

The work load can be heavy at times, especially if working full time.

Working at Simplex Health has been a great experience. Leadership is approachable and supportive. I am always impressed with the feeling of teamwork and collaboration, even in a fully remote setting. I’m constantly learning, growing, and feel valued in my role.
